Online Booking Policy 

There is no charge on cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking date.  However, cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

If you wish to reschedule instead of cancelling, please get in touch with me at least 48 hours in advance.

In special circumstances, such as emergencies, I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or need to process a cancellation, please contact me. Thank you for your understanding!
