SCENT / SENSITIVITY
The treatment environment is gently scented to enhance relaxation. I use a premium fractionated organic coconut oil for all treatments. If you prefer a scent-free session or have any allergy concerns, please inform me ahead of time so your experience can be tailored to your needs
INSURANCE / PAYMENT METHODS
A receipt will be issued at the end of your treatment, which you may submit to your insurance provider.
Cash, E-transfer (preferred), Debit cards, Credit Cards are all accepted
Tipping is not required. Your payment alone helps support and grow my small business. Thank you for your kindness and trust.
CONDITIONS & MEDICATIONS
Please advise at time of booking if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, allergies or concerns. Intake form will be reviewed prior to treatment.
FOR YOUR COMFORT
To maintain ease and comfort, please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. Studio James cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
Hydrate before and after your treatment.
Using the washroom before your massage is recommended.
Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before your visit.
